Important (please read)
– Cancellation time. Please cancel at least 4 days before your booking date to receive a full refund.
– Leave your bouncy castle the way you found it.
– Make sure that you have enough space for the specific bouncy castle you booked for. If we are not able to set up the bouncy castle due to lack of space you will not receive a refund.
– In case of a heave rain or wind we may cancel your booking and you will receive a full refund.
– We set up the bouncy castle between 8.30am to 12.30pm and collect between 6pm to 9.30pm. Unfortunately there is no option to book for a set time.
– Bouncy castles need to be connected to a power supply at a location of your choice.
– Eating and drinking is not allowed on the bouncy castles.
– Children wearing shoes while bouncing are more prone to injury hence we ask for children to not wear their footwear.
– Climbing bouncy castles is strictly forbidden.
– Please make your garden ready for set up, time is very important for us.
